It also highlights the interchange station details between the boarding and destination point. Let’s talk a bit about Metro lines running in Delhi-
- Red Line-
Red line connects Rithala in west to Dilshad Garden in East. It adjoins the
distance of 25.09 Kilometers covering 21 metro stations. Red Line intersect with yellow line at Kashmiri Gate and green line at Inderlok.
- Green Line-
Green line connects Mundka to Kirti Nagar & Inderlok covering a distance of
18.46 Kilometers through 17 stations. The interchange with Red line is
available at Inderlok and to interchange with Blue line is available at Kirti Nagar.
- Blue Line- Blue line have two branches. One branch connects Dwarka sub city to Noida city
and it covers the distance of 50.56 Kilometers through 44 metro stations. Second
branch is from Vaishali to Yamuna bank over a distance of 6.25 Kilometers. Till
now, it is the longest metro line of Delhi Metro. Blue line intersect with Yellow line at Rajiv Chowk and Green Line at Kirti Nagar.

- Violet Line- Violet line is a recent addition to Delhi metro. It
connects Badarpur to Centra Secretariat. Violet line covers the distance of 20.16
Kilometers through 16 stations. Violet line intersect with Yellow line at Central Secretariate.
- Airport Express line (Orange line) - This line connects New Delhi
Railway station to Dwarka Sector 21, linking the Indira Gandhi Internation Airport
(IGI Airport). It covers 6 stations over a distance of 22.7 Km. Orange Line intersect with Yellow line at New Delhi Station and with Blue line at Dwarka Sector 21.

- Yellow Line- Yellow line starts from Jahangirpuri to Huda city center
(Gurgaon).It is a major line which connects Delhi to Gurgaon. It covers the
distance of 45 Kilometers and 34 metro stations. Yellow line intersect with four lines- Red, Blue, orange and violet. It meet with Red line at Kashmiri gate metro station, with Blue at Rajiv Chowk Station, with violet line at
Central Secretariate and with orange line at New Delhi Station.
